Sony also decided to pump up its muscles and launched the Vaio SA series notebook. It comes with a docking station and extra battery slices, which ensure that you never run out of battery. The battery has now increased to double of what it was earlier. So, you can be rest assured that you are getting an ultimate notebook experience. But what exactly are the add ons? Read on.

Sony has always given importance to presentation. For this too, it comes with an alloyed look, made from aluminum and magnesium, it is a high five on the looks department. The company has launched three different colors, black, brown and silver. The extra battery slice increases battery life by up to 16 hours. The notebook’s own battery can deliver up to 9.5 hours. A great addition is a finger print reader. It weighs at 1.54 kg and is priced at $ 2,033.
Docking station
The docking station costs around 129 Euros. The adapter cable of the docking station is similar to that of the notebook. You can charge using any one. To use the extended battery mode, the user has the option of a slider on docking station, and pushing the slider gives the boost to the battery. The docking part comes integrated with many ports such as HDMI, VGA, 4USBports and 2 x RJ45LANports. When the docking station is used, these ports on the laptop cannot be used. So that the user does not use the notebook ports by mistake, the docking station uses a flap which covers those ports. There are two silver colored hooks to keep the notebook firmly in place.
